Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Redolence4Myles@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
